Despite me & 2 kids being locked out of the explorer for a good hour earlier, and missing WEM with Brook and Gavin, Sadie couldn't have been happier to stay and play with her new friend Isabella till 10pm. Ryan was less enthused and awake for the 3 hour drive home from Edmonton to Calgary.

wohoo! date night, our first in a while. Hannah's first babysitter, and she did just fine. Nice to know we can do this again.

10 months old today. We decided to blow a few bubbles at Hannah for fun. (too cold outside and it gave Sadie something to do) Hannah is not so much sitting still she is so close to crawling or at least being mobile, always reaching and grabbing, so proud of her new clapping trick, and of course always smiling and amused by her big sister

These 2 had so much fun playing today. Making tents, to hide in and read books, and dressing up, chasing each other, playing dr. and any other sort of pretend play they could imagine

I am so happy that this girl wanted to go outside to play in the snow and she did it for a while all by herself. I had to stay inside with Hannah, and honestly it was really cold out.

Sadie's best and most favorite hiding spot in the house. She has be known to hide 'stuff' back here anything from toys, to snacks (ones that she sneaks for herself) she claims she is worried I won't give her a snack. A secret place to draw on the walls -as you can see. I think she looks guilty in this one, she is probably hiding chocolate
